Canterbury Road, Lyminge

STEN Architecture created a high quality residential development in the Kentish Vernacular. The development features homes, designed by STEN Architecture, with bespoke details that reflect the site’s context in the Kent countryside. The proposal is 43 new homes including 10 affordable homes. STEN Architecture produced a planning application and full working drawing package to take the project from early concepts through to final construction.
