Working for Hallam Land Management the team produced an integrated design solution for this site in Hambleton, North Yorkshire. The Outline design solution is defined by a landscape led vision for the site with a focus on creating an integrated neighbourhood. STEN Architecture took part and provided the artwork for a community consultation. The then subsequently produced an Illustrative Masterplan, detailed Design and Access Statement, and Parameter Plans to achieve planning permission.
