The development of 248 new homes is well considered and includes attractive features, retained trees and planting. It is designed to strengthen the character of development in the area and create a discernible transition between opposite boundaries. The proposal is an integrated development that supports local services, contributes to local character and provides new natural space and habitats. STEN Architecture produced a detailed planning application pack including housetype drawings, streetscenes, legal plans, layouts and a Design and Access Statement.
