Initial concept masterplan.
Detailed Site Layouts
Through thorough site analysis, community consultations, local authority meetings and discussions with our clients we can create a finalised detailed site layout, which is commercially viable.
Design Codes & Design Guides
We can create Design codes & guides that will add an increased level of design control to exert greater assurance over the quality of the final product. We work closely with our clients to develop a concise set of principles that can be applied and interpreted for a given location and then captured in written and plan form.
Urban Design Framework
We can create a design vision of how a place might be developed with key principles that are specifically adapted for a place. By developing project objectives, undergoing a detailed SWOT analysis of the site, producing diagrams and conceptual designs to visualise the concept, producing strategic action area plans, diagrams, elevations, sections and sketches illustrating the design concept for strategic areas.
Design & Access Statements
We can produce Design and Access statements to enhance and explain the rationale behind our designs, we work alongside planners to produce a document, which illustrates what the final scheme will look like and what iterative process has been done to get to the final scheme.

We can offer site specific design guidance across a variety of scales that will cover both local authority design guides and national design standards, creating informed design decisions.
Movement Network Studies
Within our feasibility studies and site analysis we produce an illustrated plan, which establishes the existing connections and the potential future connections of the site. Making places that are easy to get to and easy to move through by providing strong connections for pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles is paramount in our designs.
Feasibility/Site Studies
We can produce a detailed written and illustrated study of the existing characteristics of a site and its surroundings. This involves looking at connectivity/movement studies, access, building heights, topography, sun paths, views, ecology, landscaping, heritage and drainage. From this we can establish the extent of built form, landscaping and connectivity allowing our clients to make informed decisions about a sites viability.
Residential & Mixed use Masterplans
We can produce masterplans at a variety of scales with varying levels of detail specific to the client’s needs. We have worked closely with national and small house builders in promoting land for development ranging from small to larger scale residential and mixed use developments.
