Stockeld Park, Wetherby

STEN Architecture produced a well considered Outline residential proposal on the edge of Wetherby, North Yorkshire. Working closely with landscape architects and ecology specialists the design encompasses high quality residential parcels set between attractive landscape features. STEN Architecture produced an illustrative masterplan, a Design and Access Statement, and a series of parameter plans to support the application. The illustrative proposal is for 210 new homes including 40% affordable homes.
