STEN Architecture’s residential scheme at Rosewood Parks, Bexhill for Barratt Redrow, was nominated in the category for Best design for three storeys or fewer at the Housebuilder awards 2025.

STEN Architecture designed a high-quality residential development in this attractive part of East Sussex. The development is characterful neighbourhood. Careful consideration of materials and detailing ensured that every street is active and contributes to the development.

STEN Architecture produced a series of feasibility sketches prior to the planning submission. This allowed for practical engagement with the local authority prior to finalising the design. The team produced a full suite of application drawings including a Building For Healthy Life Assessment.
