STEN Architecture provided planning and architectural services to deliver this multi-phase residential development in Thanet, Kent. Our role included delivering the Stage One Hybrid Application for the detailed design of Phase 1 and Outline for the subsequent phases. STEN Architecture were retained to complete Reserved Matters submissions for the 2nd and 3rd phases and completion of the project. The composite development comprises circa 500 new homes including bespoke apartments.
