Larchfields, Hemlington Grange

STEN Architecture produced this design solution for a parcel of land in a larger development known as ‘Hemlington Grange’. The application site is bound by landscaping and trees and there is a focus on creating a positive interface with these features. The development includes cross site ‘Active Travel Routes’ that connect to spaces beyond the application boundary. The proposal is for 137 new homes. STEN Architecture produced a full set of planning drawings and an illustrated Design and Access Statement for the application.
