Hipperholme

STEN Architecture produced a detailed application pack for this proposed development in Hipperholme, West Yorkshire. The team produced a series of drawings including layouts, streetscenes, and housetypes to support the application. STEN Architecture also produced a Self-Build Design Code for a small parcel to the east of the site. The application was for 150 new homes and 8 self build homes.
