STEN Architecture worked to secure planning permission for a multi-phased residential development at the site of a former industrial works. The initial application included a composite Illustrative Masterplan, supporting Parameter Plans, and an illustrated Design and Access Statement. STEN Architecture has been involved in securing detailed planning permission for individual phases including planning drawings, layouts, streetscenes, and Design and Access Statements.
