Aerodrome Road, Hawkinge

The new development at Aerodrome Road, Hawkinge is for 76 new homes including 17 affordable homes. Using a new housetype range, designed by STEN Architecture, the team produced a landscape led residential development with attractive open space and significant planted buffers. The new range reflects this setting, drawing inspiration from the Arts and Crafts movement and the local vernacular. STEN Architecture produced a full suite of planning and working drawings to assist in taking the project from early concepts to completed construction.
