Great Grovehurst Farm, Sittingbourne

STEN Architecture produced a Design Code and a Full Planning Application pack for this prominent site in Sittingbourne. Working with a team of heritage, ecology, engineering, and planning consultants the application was well received. The proposal was for 115 new homes including 30 affordable homes. Construction began in 2025 with STEN Architecture delivering a working drawing and details package.
