Doncaster Road, Branton

STEN Architecture produced a landscape led design solution for a proposed residential development in Branton South Yorkshire. The team created consultation boards, an illustrative masterplan, and comprehensive Design and Access Statement to support the application. The illustrative proposal is for 111 new homes including 23% affordable homes.
