Castle Hill, Harrogate

STEN Architecture produced a Reserved Matters submission for this high profile development in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The application is for a single parcel of development within a much larger allocation. The focus of the proposal was to distinct character areas that respond to existing site features and realise the intentions of Outline permission. The submitted proposal for 216 new homes is described by three character areas and a landscape led layout. STEN Architecture produced a full set of planning drawings for the application.
