Brighouse Road, Hipperholme

STEN Architecture delivered an illustrative Outline proposal for this brownfield site in West Yorkshire. The site is part of a larger allocation and required careful consideration and a holistic approach to ensure a congruous design solution. STEN Architecture produced an illustrative masterplan, feasibility designs, and a Design and Access Statement for the application. The illustrative proposal is for 62 new homes including 16 affordable homes.
