STEN Architecture worked for Redrow to deliver a high-quality planning application pack. The application was guided by a detailed design code that covered every aspect of the proposal. STEN Architecture used the Design Code to create a characterful development with bespoke detailing and a variety of materials. STEN Architecture produced a full suite of planning drawings including planning and material layouts, streetscenes, and house types. The development is made up of 253 new homes including 76 affordable homes.
