The development is carefully arranged to follow the established principles of the wider development and deliver an integrated design solution. Buildings, streets, and spaces combine to form an attractive and congruous neighbourhood that is well suited. STEN Architecture produced a full suite of planning drawings and a Design and Access Statement to achieve planning permission.
