Working for Cussins, STEN Architecture designed a high-quality residential development in this attractive part of County Durham. The design takes into account the rural setting of the site. It is characterised by leafy lanes and attractive open space. Significant trees have been retained in boundary to become recognisable and attractive features.

STEN Architecture produced a series of feasibility sketches prior to the planning submission. This allowed for practical engagement with the local authority prior to finalising the design. STEN Architecture produced a full suite of application drawings including a Building For Healthy Life Assessment.
