Working for Redrow, STEN Architecture produced a detailed application pack for this residential development in the southeast of England. The team produced a composite planning layout that incorporates a self build parcel of 12 homes. The application pack includes a presentation planning layout, street scenes, and housetype drawings. STEN Architecture also produced a Self-Build Design Code that guides the construction of bespoke homes.
