STEN Architecture worked with Strata to deliver a high quality residential development for this Homes England site. The larger development is guided by a detailed Design Code and Outline planning permission. STEN Architecture worked with various parties to create a solution that realises the intentions of the Design Code, meets local authority guidance, and is viable for the developer. The final design features active streetscenes and a well defined public realm. STEN Architecture provided a complete planning application pack taking the proposal from early concepts to planning approval.
