Pentland Homes commissioned STEN Architecture to create a bespoke range of homes. The developer works in the South-east of England and the housetype designs reflect this context. The range is a complete covering all aspects of residential development including bungalows, apartments, and houses. The collection incorporates up to date building and planning regulation compliance including M4(2), M4(3), NDSS, and SBD requirements.
