STEN Architecture produced a high quality and sensitive design solution for this new residential development in East Sussex. The development is for 205 new homes with associated landscaping and infrastructure. The development is influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement making use of a wider variety of materials and details that suit its semi-rural context. The development is arranged to form a positive response to its immediate surrounding including a large offset and active interface with adjacent ancient woodland.
