Working for a consortium of developers, STEN Architecture produced a large-scale design solution over a series of phases. The application is designed to ensure the delivery of an over-arching character with location specific details and features creating unique pockets of interest and variety. Each phase makes a positive contribution to the neighbourhood. They are connected by accessible active-travel routes.
