STEN Architecture delivered architectural services to deliver high level Outline planning permission for the wider site and detailed approval for individual phases. Outline work included an illustrative masterplan, studies of the surrounding area, and production of red line drawings. Detailed work included the production of layout, housetypes, streetscenes, and DAS to deliver permission for 114 new homes with a contemporary appearance.
